Started getting the stringer measure/cut while waiting for the weather to warm up.

Tried to transfer the slope of the boat by a sophisticated measuring tool that i found on craigslist...it worked pretty well!

It came with an equally sophisticated check system for the measurements...

A few updates. NOt too much in the way of progress since my other boat sale fell through (one bad cylinder on one engine...so now, i have that to do too!)

Stringers. Bedding stringers in is a very messy job...LOL

Got some more work done on it...getting very close!

Even got to drop it in at the launch to check to make sure no leaks coming from the new drain tube!

I hope to have it running and in the water by the 4th of July :)

Starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Installed new rub rail, gas filler hose and vent hose.
Started putting her back together. going to need to find some trim pieces soon!

Also dropped her in at the launch just to make sure no leaks from the new drain tube!

well,

She floats! and Runs! (kind of)

a little issue with it stalling at idle speed. I'm sure it has something to do with the fuel pump/fuel lines
