New Caravelle 2013 19 Ebo

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and just wanted to show off my new boat a little, and get some feedback from others with the same model.

I bought the boat back in December (for Xmas) from a dealer out of state, and this weekend was the first time that I had a chance to take her out with the weather improving.

She is a very comfortable little bow rider, a perfect boat for my family and fun for everyone including the dog. The lake was a bit choppy and beat us around a little too much as the conditions were less than ideal for testing, but I was able to find a decent spot on the lake with the boat loaded down with gas, gear four people and our dog. I was able to achieve WOT and a top GPS speed of 43.1.

I am curious to see the results that other folks have had with this same model, and similar conditions. I am running a 13 x 19 propeller. The manufacturer states that at WOT the engine should be approximately 5750 RPM's for peak performance, but 5500- 6000 is acceptable. The boat was turning approximately 5400 RPM's at WOT. So take a look at and let me what y'all think. Thanks.

Hello and welcome. I just bought a new 19ebo this spring. I had a lot of problems at first with the dealer and fit and finish but most have been corrected. Only been out once due to the above issues and weather, but can echo that it seemed to have a good ride in minimal chop. Didn't get into wot testing, but 40ish seems about right.

Thanks, I have enjoyed what I have read so far regading Caravalle Powerboats.

When did they start producing the OB models? I can't seem to find any before 2013. Is that correct?
