2007 NASCAR SEASON OPENS!

I heard the same news about Jr. and Mountain Dew on "Nascar Now" last night on ESPN. The rumor is going around that Bud is trying to get in with Kasey Kane. I'm not sure if I like that though. Kasey has a really good image and may not want to have a beer company attached to his name. Dodge wants to stay his primary sponsor.
I also heard the rumor that Jeff and Jimmie are both going to come out of the closet this week!

Ok, Ok, just kidding.

Up until they got caught cheating.
Either way, you can't take away that they are very talented drivers. My real problem is with the #48 crew chief. How many times will he be suspended for infractions before NASCAR does something that really hits him hard? How many years in a row has he received suspensions? I think it's at least 3. I wish that they would start suspending the drivers too, but with sponsorship, I don't see it happening.

Hey, pink car with checkers all over it? Hmm, maybe it will work for Danicka when she makes the move. :D

Pink on a guys car..... it would have bad conotations around my part of town!

I'm with ya Chappy in regards to suspending drivers....Johnson or not. A measley $100k is just a slap on the hand to the team....chump change!

Is Danika set to race next year? I think she would actually have a chance. I can't remember the gal that raced several years ago....and ended up dead last or not qualifying?

All of the top drivers spun at some point in the race. Jeff just happened to do it on the last lap. If he had not I do not think Tony could have passed him. I think they had equal cars.

24 will take the cup this year.

I'll certainly give you that - Jeff would have won it hands down except for the little oops. Tony did it too, just with more time to recover from it.

I won't give you the cup tho - it's Tony's

THE CHASE IS ON!

We have some fans here on the site and I think all are represented inthe chase - fun will be had by all!

We are off to Las Vegas Speedway for the Nascar Craftsman Truck Series this weekend. It'll be my first truck race and my first time at that track, looking forward to it!

Go Tony #20!!!

Nascar Cratsman Truck Series Race @ Las Vegas Speedway. The suite we had was right on the Start/Finish line with full garage and pit road access including during the race. The only thing we couldn't do was go over the wall with the crew! Here's some pics.
