Towing tongue/ball height...

Postby msbendts » Sun Mar 11, 2012 3:57 pm

I've been eyeing used 207, 196, and 186/187 models on the market (2004-2009)...

...what is the towing height of the trailer tongue for these various models??

I'm trying to get a feel for the towbar on the hitch for my vehicle, and see which one I might need.

Advice??

Thanks!

Well your really gonna have to just wait till you get the boat to figure it out. I use a 5 1/2 inch drop for my boat, but when towing my uncles older sea ray or my grandpas glastron I really need more like a 7 or 8 inch drop hitch, when I use my hitch with it the back of the trailer tends to drag in and out of driveways.

I keep an assortment of hitches (drop and flipped for height). I need a 2/12 rise for my boat.
