http://www.diamondperformanceparts.com/product.php?productid=17168 Found that and thought it would look slick. But I have no idea what the 33C cable is. Will that throttle work on my boat? I am not worried about mounting, just if the cable I have will work. I have the 5.0 Carb engine.
Thanks, _________________ '07 Intercepter 192ss

Contact the mfg. ask them.... It would look much better than the oem shifter. _________________ 2003 232sc 6.2 mpi sierra 2500 hd duramax

Just remember you need a relatively flat area to do so. I wanted to change mine out, but in 2000, the inner gunwale sides run straight down. So unless I want to do some glass work, I have to stick with the single handle. That and the shifter already hits the wheel in any position but all the way up (oem replacements are taller and have a broader tee). In later models they must have moved the wheel inboard a little bit to allow for the little shelf. Guess they could have moved the shifter back a little too. _________________ 2000 232 SC Interceptor, 7.4 MPI, 375 HP, Bravo I |

Nice looking throttle! As was mentioned, I would contact the mfg and tell them what you have and I'm guessing they will fix you up. If you do go for it, let us know how it works out and post some pics! _________________ Dshow

Contacted Livorsi and it will work and fit. Now I need to figure out how to take the stock throttle out before I order it. I don't want to get it and have it stuck in the box the rest of the year or have my boat out of buisness cause I fudged up taking the throttle out. Think 3 times, measure twice, cut once _________________ '07 Intercepter 192ss

I wish I would have heeded that advice when I made new trailer bunks that both sizes were to long and already had the carpet glued to them. Drats! You might wait until the off season to replace the throttle just to avoid any downtime. _________________ Dshow

and now I feel stupid. Never bothered to look at your link when I posted earlier, just saw Livorsi and assumed it was the dual-lever type of throttle most Caravelles have now. Completely spaced the "side mount" part of the description.
I agree, with the others, that is one B-A looking throttle. _________________ 2000 232 SC Interceptor, 7.4 MPI, 375 HP, Bravo I |
