I need to order a spare for my trailer before the Texas trip. The only problem is that I am at work 8,000 miles away from my rig & all I know is that is a 14" wheel. I have a 2007 232 Interceptor on a Tennessee trailer, can anyone help? _________________ Elton Rodrigue

You can get the exact size spare tire on a galvanized rim at Bass Pro Shop, Cabella's or Academy Sports for about $150
The majority of the 14" tire's bolt patterns are the same, 5 on 4 1/2... _________________ 2006 Caravelle 242 LS

On my 94 legend 2100 it had the same wheels as the 89- mid 90s Ford ranger and looked almost identical and the salvage yards are full of them I picked one up with a tire for not much! So if your Tennesse trailer is like the one I had it is the cheapest way I found to go for a spare. |

It may look identical, but guarantee it's not. Make sure your spare is a trailer tire as it has a different load rating than a vehicle tire. You won't like the results if you put a standard load rated tire on.....

Thanks everyone! I contacted Tennessee Trailer & they can send me a matching tire & wheel for $188. Not much more than one off the shelf so I'm going with that. _________________ Elton Rodrigue
