Just letting everyone know . . . due to the amount of spammers who use gmail email addresses to get onto the forum, we had banned this email address for awhile. Recently, we had 2 requests from legitimate users to let them use their gmail addresses, so we unbanned it. However, since we did this we have had an all out assault by spammers, and some have posted pornography on our forum. We are sorry to say, that because of this we will be banning the gmail email address again. If you have already registered with a gmail email address you will not be able to log in anymore. Please select another email address to use and re-register. If you have not registered yet, please know that you will not be able to register with a gmail email address. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is important to protect our forum from this type of spam.

I too wondered why my e-mail address wasn't accepted for forum registration. Seems strange considering that I never receive spam at my gMail address; they provide a good service.
